Aspects of Fantasy Character Sheet
This is the first in a series of posts discussing rules and design philosophy in regards to Aspects of Fantasy. Lets start off with a review of the character sheet. Character sheets often provide a window into a game’s design. When I get an rpg the first thing I normally do is look at the character sheet to get some insight into the game.
Below is a filled out character sheet for Aspects of Fantasy. As you can see there are the normal D20 troupes: ability scores, armor class, hit points, etc. But there are also boxes for aspects, traits, fate points, EV, primary requisites, and destiny points. I’ll talk about all of those concepts and more over the next couple of days.
